My web host restricts the number of emails I can send per hour. Can I still use AutoResponse Plus?
Yes. AutoResponse Plus has a "message limit" setting to cater for this.
If your host allows you to send 400 emails per hour, you simply set the "message limit" setting to 400. AutoResponse Plus will then send out 400 emails each hour until all your due follow-up and broadcast messages have been sent.
It does this completely automatically with no further input from you.
If I change web host, is that a problem for AutoResponse Plus?
No, AutoResponse Plus can be moved to a new web host.
Your AutoResponse Plus software and all your data can be moved to a new web host. If you need assistance with the move, we offer that service.

Can I import data from another autoresponder? Will my subscribers need to re-confirm?
Yes, AutoResponse Plus can import data in standard CSV (comma separated value) format from other software (eg Excel) and other autoresponder providers.
Unlike many other providers, you do not need to get your subscribers to re-confirm their subscription when you import them to AutoResponse Plus.
